Design flaw. The press is not round. There is a lot of space in some areas that allows the meat to pass through when pressing to make burgers. Arrived in a small, damaged cardboard box. Do not recommend this purchase. It's a shame because it could have been a good tool if it weren't for these flaws.

Comes well packaged. Works fine and as to be seen on the picture, it can be easily disassembled for cleaning.
One little note to the manufacturer: the metal-edges could be softer, more rounded. (not that you cut yourself, but it would be a 5+ rating)

Very bad quality control. The hamburg press is oval and the press itself is round. There is a huge space in one corner (that would let the meat be squished up from there) and the other side is scrapping metal against metal (that stops the press from going all the way down). The concept is great but the execution was extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend it unless they improve the quality control.
It looks good, just need to test to see if it works and its quality.

The mold is made of very good quality stainless steel with a significant thickness in the piece. It can be perfectly disassembled for washing in the dishwasher.
